Dont you find...that the more you do...the less you get?

Let me explain

I have worked for the same company now for over 6 years....four of which in a Area Management role.

And recently, I have found that the more you do...the less you get :crazy: this just cant be the way forward can it?

Why is it that people (usually your line managers) :lalala: say that work life balance is SO important and then load you down with so much that it has to take second place...surely this is contradictory? :crazy:

If there are any others out there with the same question...or anybody with the answer(s)blog me
