Dont you find...that the more you do...the less you get?
Let me explain
I have worked for the same company now for over 6 years....four of which in a Area Management role.
And recently, I have found that the more you do...the less you get
this just cant be the way forward can it?
Why is it that people (usually your line managers)
say that work life balance is SO important and then load you down with so much that it has to take second place...surely this is contradictory? ![]()
If there are any others out there with the same question...or anybody with the answer(s)blog me
